HuntIQ Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 15, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of HuntIQ at HuntIQ.org. By creating an account or using HuntIQ, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create a HuntIQ account.
Free Trial
HuntIQ offers a 5-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required. Each email address is eligible for one trial.
Subscriptions and Pricing
Monthly subscription: $4.99 per month. Annual subscription: $50 per year. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. The free trial does not require a payment method and does not automatically become a paid subscription unless you explicitly subscribe.
Payment and Refunds
All payments are processed by Stripe. HuntIQ does not store payment card numbers. If you have a question about a charge, contact southernwhitetails1@gmail.com. Refund requests may be reviewed individually through customer support, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the request. HuntIQ does not guarantee that a refund will be granted.
Blood Tracker Limitations
The Blood Tracker is an aid only. It cannot guarantee blood will be detected. Lighting, leaves, bark, reflections, and naturally colored objects may create false positives. Camera video is processed locally on your device and is not uploaded.
Shot Analyzer Limitations
The Shot Analyzer provides general educational guidance only. It cannot determine the actual hit location with certainty. Suggested wait times and outlooks are general guidelines.
Trail Maker and Map Limitations
GPS accuracy varies by device and environment. Trail data is stored locally on your device. Map property boundaries are for reference only and may not be current. HuntIQ is not responsible for trespass resulting from reliance on map data.
No Guarantee of Recovery
HuntIQ cannot guarantee that using any HuntIQ feature will result in recovery of a wounded deer.
Hunting Safety and Compliance
You are solely responsible for your safety and legal compliance while hunting. HuntIQ does not replace hunter education, safe hunting practices, local hunting laws, personal judgment, emergency services, or a trained tracking dog.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
HuntIQ is provided as-is without warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HuntIQ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. HuntIQ's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
